By backing this Witchsong Miniatures (aka "WSM") "Merchant" tier, you agree to the following terms:

1.) You MAY sell physical prints created from the files distributed in WSM's Monthly, Seasonal, and Bonus drops.
2.) You MAY NOT sell the files or links to the files.
3.) You MAY scale the files before printing.
4.) You MAY NOT alter or manipulate the files before printing in any other way. This includes, but is not limited to, removing the WMS logo(s) off the bottom of the base, changing the pose, adding elements to the mesh, etc.
5.) You MAY NOT use prints in Kickstarter, or any other, crowdfunding campaigns without explicit permission from WSM.
6.) Any promotion or advertising using WSM prints or renders must include at least one WSM logo as provided to you by WSM.
7.) You MAY NOT transfer your limited license to any other party. Your limited license does not extend to any other party.
8.) WSM retains the right to cancel your Merchant tier at any point and for any reason, with a full refund of that month's fee.
9.) If you no longer support at the Merchant tier or are removed from the Merchant tier, you lose any and all ability to sell any and all WSM products.
10.) You MAY NOT sell physical prints created from the files distributed in WSM's Creator Boost program.
